How we built an enagaged community in social media in 10 European markets

Starting from the real needs of social media users and proposing a communication that strongly and authentically matches them. It turned out to be the best way to reach the target group of the " Ask Team Clean "campaign" Henkel.

Effects 

  • 92.6 million unique reach in total in the target group.

  • Instagram profiles created by us from scratch for the purposes of the campaign are followed by over 20.6 thousand (20.674) followers, and the number of fans of local “Ask Team Clean” profiles on Facebook is over 134,000 (134.155) - increased from May 2020. by the end of July 2021 of 155.38%.

  • 87 quality animations that were the pillar of the campaign: 70 animation customized feeds to Facebook and Instagram, and 17 to Instagram Stories.

How to stand out from the football social media?

Sport, in particular football, has been functioning strongly in the world of social media for years. There are many pages and profiles where every fan can follow their favorite footballer, team, league. It's a challenge for big brands, associated with football through sponsorship agreements, as is the case of PKO Polish Bank to stand out from the crowd.

The activities in which we supported PKO Bank Polski are among others:

  • #KandydatNaGwiazdę - a series of videos that are dedicated to the winners of the "Youth of the Month of PKO Bank Polski" contest.

  • Niepodległości Queue - production of real-time video materials, published in social media. The campaign was very popular. Published materials were retweeted two hundred times, were viewed 380,263 times, while on Facebook, posts about this topics reached 351,189 users and were shared 105 times.

  • #KanapaKibicaPKOBP - winners of dedicated competitions Ursów players could watch the matches of the Premier League from the sofa standing next to the pitch. As part of the promotion, we supported the client in preparing a video showing the effect of the events at its three premiere meetings.

For Cetaphil.pl, part of the Galderma Group, we have introduced new, fresh communication in social media - both visually and linguistically. We present 4 product lines of dermo-cosmetics from a new, attractive perspective using eg. real-time marketing. Constant references to the current trends in social media and the beauty industry allow us to emphasize a credible and modern message.
